CLC admits students on a rolling basis throughout the year as openings become available.
Families interested in possible placement must register for one of CLC’s monthly visitor days to gain specific information about our program and to tour our facilities. Following the tour, forms are provided to families to complete if interested in enrolling their child into CLC. This information is kept on file and families are contacted when an opening becomes available.
CLC admits students of any race, color, ethnic, religious, or national origin.
How does CLC make a larger difference in its community? It takes a village. Our immediate surrounding community of businesses, organizations, financial institutions, and medical, dental and health partners are integral to our success. CLC views its relationship with its community as a symbiotic one. We are grateful to those in the community that support what we do and are eager to integrate our students through life-skills training, job sampling, and vocational and volunteer opportunities.
CLC’s connection with the community is further strengthened through its outreach activities (see below) held to raise awareness and educate the public about autism and Applied Behavior Analysis.
CLC offers Visitor Days throughout the year for parents and professionals to learn more about the program. Visitors will learn a brief history of the program and an overview of the mission and teaching strategies employed. Visitors will have an opportunity to take a brief tour of the program to see the applied behavior analytic strategies being implemented and to meet our instructors and students. Visitor Day is offered for adults and begins at 10:00am and lasts approximately 90 minutes.
